Philip Xavier's Web Site: http://members.aol.com/phxavier
Also, I talked with the big dogs at Wizard World this summer.  Both guys are doing great and unfortunately/fortunately moving on.  Philip doing great stuff all over the place and Joe was working on some new scripts.

I hope to clean this site up, finalize some things and leave it here for eternity.  Thank you for all the fan contacts.  May LegendLore live forever, if no where else, but in our hearts.

- An update?  Now after all this time...

First the bad stuff: LegendLore T-shirt is canceled (low orders), LegendLore: Wrath of the Dragon #4 delayed (read on), and as Caliber realigns to regain momentum, stability and strength let's not let them forget A'zoth.

Good stuff: "Slave of Fate" is out, check out the Lore special in Caliber's 1998 Christmas Special (click here for the first draft), Joe gets a new studio: New World Studios, Joe and Philip and the new Xavier/Martin Enterprise, LegendLore Handbook tenatively scheduled and done by Martin/Xavier, Wrath double-size issue wrap up in March, and there will be more Martin and Xavier at this site.  Just keep watching...

Stuff from Xavier and Martin:
In other news, Martin and Xavier’s "Horned God" story will appear in Frank Frazetta Fantasy Illustrated #6 (March) and it is Xavier’s finest artwork today. Rumor has it that Joe spent two weeks in Athens, GA with Xavier and assisted in the penciling breakdowns. Apparently, Martin is an artist, too, whose strength lies in figure drawing. This means that Xavier’s anatomy on this story is top notch. This site has been promised a preview as soon as Image and X-Men colorist Richard Isanove forwards along some colored pages. Check back here in the next few weeks!

- First a announcement from Joe!!

LegendLore: Wrath of the Dragon #3 (15th in the series and our 16th issue - don't forget "Daemonstorm" - to date!) is coming out this week and I am excited about having had the opportunity to do a bit more storytelling this issue. Philip loves when I write a lot of captions!  Really, he does!  I am striving to introduce some more exotic elements to A'zoth to give it more a "feel" of its own.  Well, I should say "we" because Philip and I are collaborating very closely these days.  We're endeavoring to put a spin on this fantasy series in hopes of making our own distinctive mark on The Realm (which most of you are aware has a long history ranging back to Arrow's series in 1989).  We plan to aggressively tackle this fantasy realm and give it a heavy makeover.  "Wrath of the Dragon" runs five issues, executing its own peculiarities to be certain (major changes for Sandra, Dominic, Caldor, Jhezail and Diggorous), and setting the stage for our next tremendous story arc entitled "Age of Chaos".  Believe me when I say, the Realm will NOT be the same.

I apologize for not writing more often but the Caliber Comics web site (www.calibercomics.com) has me extreeeemly busy these days!  Tim Parsons and I are pretty much maintaining the site single-handedly at the moment.  Check it out if you have the time!

I also want to say "thanks always" to David Ross for his awesome dedication to LegendLore!!!  As they say in Carahill, 'you da man!'

- Thanks for the update Joe!
- As mentioned above... LegendLore: Age of Chaos Forthcoming!  A tentative five issue story arc (issues 18 through 22) beginning in December 1998.  Good idea for a holiday gift for that hard-to-buy-for person :)
